Soil is one of the most important natural resources in world. Determination soil degradation has been widely attempted all over world last 50 years. This study provides a perspective comparing digital elevation model (DEM) terms Revised Universal Loss Equation (RUSLE) model, which calculates loss Mountain Karada? - Akçay Basin. RUSLE comprises topographic (LS), climatic (R), vegetation (C), (K), and support practice (P) parameters. To evaluate Basin, TanDEM-X12m. DEM was used compared with ALOS12.5m SRTM30m. DEM. Distribution positive correlation slope degree (R2 = 0.62) rainfall runoff factor (R). As increases short range (15 km) from south to north increase together elevation.
